The British Council seeks to engage with UK experts in technology transfer and commercialization who will share their knowledge and expertise in crafting a policy framework.
The particular activities expected to be facilitated by the UK experts are the following:
- Formulation of the policy framework
- Conducting a conference/consultation to validate the crafted policy framework
The framework to be developed will be used to ensure uniformity in processes and procedures in technology transfer and commercialization initiatives with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its research institutions.
Interested applicants must course their submissions through the British Council's electronic tendering process.

- Applicants must be able to submit the accomplished annex 2 (Supplier's Response) and annex 3 (Pricing Approach) available on the e-tendering website.
Briefing session
The British Council's International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF) team will host a briefing session on 23 October 2024 for the project. Interested attendees can register through this link.

Applications will be open until 9 November 2024.
